My passion is working with the LGBTQ+ community to foster a safe space where clients can share their stories and find practical, easy to use interventions that provide relief. I believe that everyone has the ability to move forward, center themselves, and find calm. I believe that each of us can take steps for measurable success in our goals, and operate from a mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approach.

I graduated from University of North Florida with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing for over 7 years. I am a Certified Disaster Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Trauma Counseling Professional.
